Codex: Hello Boud. I read his letters, but how did I not know that? I knew he loved his children. Just when I thought he could not be more exceptional. Knights riding vegetables? Thank you.
Hate is a very strong word and seems Darwin used it a lot. Seems like he may have been a very tortured Soul? But in reading of the comments, I do like some of what is known of him, such as letting his Kids draw on his Notes, which, may mean he didn't take himself all that seriously, which is wonderful.
Codex: Not tortured. He was superhuman. Have a post on him in the future. He was being funny with his remarks. When he got stuck in evolutionary lineage, it really wasn't the bee's fault.
Makes me feel a bit sorry for Charles Darwin and wish someone had given him a hug and a mug of hot chocolate.
ReplyDelete:). I know. Very compassionate and funny man. And a genius.

DeleteDarwin seems like he'd be great fun at dinner parties. *eye roll*
ReplyDeleteCodex: Maybe he was. Although I think he didn't have much time for them. He spent five years on the Beagle, I'd get tired of the ocean too.
